Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how InitSignal collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, SDKs, notifications, and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information, including your name, email address, organization, and authentication details.
• One first-launch event per app install/app lifetime, including app and build version, bundle or package identifier, platform, OS version, device family and model, app locale, SDK version, install source, event time, and App Store storefront country code when available.
• Configuration for apps, notification destinations, and revenue estimates.
• Billing and subscription records supplied by our payment provider. We do not store full payment-card details.
• Waitlist submissions, support messages, and service request metadata needed for security and reliability.

What the SDK does not collect

The SDK does not collect names, email addresses, Apple IDs, advertising or vendor identifiers, IP addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, files, sessions, screen views, behavioral trails, or cross-app identifiers. App Store storefront is account storefront metadata, not device location.

How we use information

• Provide the live dashboard and deliver alerts through destinations you connect.
• Deduplicate retry attempts, estimate revenue, troubleshoot failures, and secure the service.
• Manage accounts, subscriptions, support, and important service communications.
• Understand aggregate website usage using privacy-focused analytics that honors Do Not Track.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with providers needed to operate InitSignal, such as hosting, authentication, billing, analytics, and notification services; when you ask us to send data to an integration; to comply with law; or to protect InitSignal and its users.

Retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can delete apps or your account from the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will verify requests before acting on them.
