Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using InitSignal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use InitSignal for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and app keys secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your use of InitSignal complies with applicable law and app-platform rules.
Acceptable use
- Do not use InitSignal for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security, access controls, or usage limits.
- Do not submit data you lack the right to process or use notifications to send spam.
- Do not resell or provide the service to third parties unless we agree in writing.
Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Subscription fees are charged in advance and renew until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with advance notice before a future renewal.
Your data and our service
You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to operate InitSignal. InitSignal, its software, branding, and documentation remain ours or our licensors'. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
Third-party services
InitSignal can connect to third-party products such as Slack, Telegram, ActivitySmith, webhooks, app stores, and a billing provider. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and we are not responsible for third-party products.
Availability and changes
We work to keep InitSignal reliable, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We may modify features and reasonable usage limits. Beta, preview, or free features may change or end at any time.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using InitSignal or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, or harm to the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InitSignal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. InitSignal is an operational signal and revenue-estimation tool; its data and estimates are not guaranteed to be complete or exact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InitSignal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
